I am not sure if it is the spring warmth, a healthy dose of Vegetables, or something else unknown but for whatever reason I feel so very grateful today.
After a family dinner last night, I am using the left over chicken bones to make bone broth today. A very simple recipe found here which will assist us to shake the last of our winter sluggishness.
I have mentioned in previous posts here and here that I have been very gentle with myself for several months. Now it is time to focus more on health and daily routines to enjoy life – and really commit!
I have cleaned my home sending many bags to Vinnies and a few things sadly to landfill. I then saged the house and filled it with the smells of essential oils rather than clutter. It feels amazing and fresh.
I will ride this grateful wave for as long as I can and continue creating time for myself – whether this means a cup of tea in the sun while Margot sleeps or yoga at night once she falls asleep. I have committed to doing something for me each day.
